True to our motto „from practitioner to practitioner“ we develop economic concepts fitting your business on the base of your ideas and wishes.
This applies both to the improvement and expansion of already existing plants as well as to the conception and realisation of new projects.
As a partner for your biogas plant we are also there for you after the plant is put into operation.
With training and further education courses, with answers to your questions in the ongoing operation, with solid information regarding current issues or if assistance with the completion of a form is needed.
Any questions regarding the topic biogas plants? We are pleased to give you the answers . Comprehensible and practical from practitioner to practitioner.
- calculation of heat pipes
- construction of full plants

The starting material for the production of biogas is the organic substance, such as agricultural fertilizer or organic waste (co-ferments) from agriculture and industry. The fresh substrate is pumped from the manure storage area or the adoption into the reception pit. In addition, there are other supply options for the substrate like “Einspülschächte or augers. Some residues require a disinfection after adaption.
In the slurry tank the substrate is milled, agitated and is being brought into a pumpable condition. It is then pumped into the standing or lying main main digester. From there the digestate enters the so called secondary digester. It also serves as a liquid manure storage during winter times in which no manure is allowed on the fields.
The biogas produced from the main and secondary digester is being collected and pumped into a gas tank via gas pipes. From there the biogas is normally combusted in a block heat and power plant for combined heat and power.
The generated power is either used for own use or is supplied to the network. Part of the waste heat is used for heating up the reactors while the other is used for heating up raw water.
Together with our team of experts in biogas technology we have accompanied more than 250 plants throughout Germany and assisted them with the conception, the realization and during operation.
Alone in 2012 more than 80% of all agriculturalist relied on our long-time experience and expertise with the realization of a 75kW farm-plants.
